The F7 drive is the Industrial Workhorse of adjustable frequency drives. It is intended to handle every conventional drive application found in the typical industrial manufacturing plant from simple variable torque pumping to sophisticated networked material handling. G7 Drive
1/2 - 500 Horsepower The Ultimate Drive Solution

This amazing AC drive is the ultimate performance solution with increased speed and torque response to provide servo-like performance from an induction motor in speed, torque, or position control applications. In addition, the G7 has the world's first 480V 3-level inverter architecture that eliminates or minimizes the installation problems associated with IGBT switching (very long cable lengths, bearing currents, and common mode currents) and protects the entire motor-drive system. The G7 can be programmed using DriveWorksEZ™. This is a PC-based, object-oriented, graphical icon, programming tool that is friendly to the user.

The G7 / Configured package provides a G7 drive in either a NEMA 12, UL Type 1 (IP22 or IP54 depending on the exact rating) enclosure, with space for factory-mounted and wired options, such as reactors, filters, circuit breakers, fuses, network communications and I/O cards etc.

P7 Drive
5 - 500 Horsepower Industrial Fan and Pump Drive

The P7 is designed for variable torque applications like Fans and Centrifugal Pumps. It is supplied with V/f control and Normal Duty overload rating of 110% for one minute. Network communications, plug-in I/O cards, and power/packaging options are available. With an optional phase-shifting input transformer, the P7 dual-diode bridge can be operated in 12-pulse rectification mode, reducing input current harmonic distortion.

The P7 / Configured package provides a P7 drive in a NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 FVFF enclosure, with space for factory-mounted and wired options, such as reactors, filters, circuit breakers, fuses, network communications and I/O cards etc.

The P7 / Bypass package provides a P7 drive and 3-contactor bypass in a NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 FVFF enclosure, of sufficient size to mount and wire commonly selected options such as filters, fuses, network communications and I/O cards.

V7 Drive
1/8 - 10 Horsepower General Purpose Vector Drive

The V7 is a low cost, high performance compact drive, operable in V/f or Open Loop Vector mode. In addition to good speed regulation, open loop vector control also provides higher torque at lower speeds. The V7 is ideally suited for applications such as conveyors, grinders, centrifuges, pumps, fans,blowers, machine tools, packaging, food processing, and commercial laundry. For wet and dusty indoor environments, the V74X drive with integral NEMA 4X/12 enclosure is recommended. For DeviceNet network applications, the V7N with embedded Device Net is recommended.

Earlier versions of this product were named GPD 315/V7, GPD 315 or VS Mini V7.

V7N Drive
1/8 - 10 Horsepower General Purpose Vector Drive with Embedded DeviceNet

The V7N is a general purpose, AC motor drive for facilities using DeviceNet communications. The V7N was created by embedding DeviceNet into the control card of the highly successful V7 drive.

The embedded DeviceNet allows 64 network nodes. It includes programmable MAC ID and baud rate. The V7N supports drive type profiles with flash capability for easy software upgrades. Network status LEDs are visible through the cover and a pluggable connector simplifies wiring for added cost reduction.

V74X Drive
1/8 - 15 Horsepower General Purpose Vector Drive NEMA Type 4X/12

The V74X Drive is low cost, compact, and operable in V/f or Open Loop Vector mode. In addition to good speed regulation, open loop vector control also provides higher torque at lower speeds. J7 Drive
1/8 - 5 Horsepower General Purpose AC Drive

The J7 drive is a general purpose AC drive; its PWM design provides low motor noise and high starting torque, with a current overload rating of 150% for 60 seconds. V/f control makes this drive suitable for most general applications. The J7 is feature-packed, low cost, and compact. The digital operator includes a 3-digit LED status display. Digital programming covers 79 parameters. The J7 has five digital inputs (3 progammable), 1 analog input, and 1 digital output (programmable). An optional RS-485 Modbus RTU serial communication port is available. An ideal choice whenever low cost and small size are required.

Earlier versions of this product were named GPD 305/J7, GPD 305, or VS Mini J7.

VS mini
1/8 - 1 Horsepower Single-phase 115 VAC AC Drive

The VS mini Drive is available in 1/8 through 1 HP models, for 115 VAC single-phase input, with a 230 VAC, 3-phase output for conventional induction motors. Although small in size, the VS mini offers power and versatility for a wide range of applications including material handling, packaging, mixing, pumping, commercial wash machines, recreation equipment (treadmills), overhead doors and general industrial applications.

G5HHP Drive
350 - 1800 Horsepower High Horsepower AC Drive

The G5HHP is a high horsepower AC drive. The drive is of modular design with separate rectifier and inverter sections installed in a common enclosure. The sections can be paralleled to increase capacity. The drive is available in constant torque and variable torque ratings. The G5HHP provides 3 modes of control and speed accuracy to suit application requirements; V/Hz (2%), sensorless vector (0.1%), or flux vector control (0.01% with motor-mounted encoder and drive-mounted PG-X2 card required). Programmability, network capability, and flexibility are outstanding.

G5 Drive 600 Volt
2 - 200 Horsepower General Purpose Vector Drive

The G5 Drive 600 Volt produces an output of adjustable voltage and frequency to control the speed of a squirrel cage induction motor. This PWM design provides low motor noise and high starting torque. Current overload rating is 150% for 60 seconds. The drive provides 3 modes of control and speed accuracy to suit application requirements; V/Hz (2%), sensorless vector (0.1%), or flux vector control (0.01% with motor-mounted encoder and drive-mounted PG-X2 card required).

This product may also be labeled GPD515/G5.

P5 Drive 600 Volt
2 - 200 Horsepower Variable Torque

This P5 Drive is rated for 600 volt. The drive rated for variable torque applications with current overload rating of 120% for 60 seconds. Standard features include setpoint (PID) control, energy-savings mode, power-consumption monitoring, and harmonic distortion reduction. Ideal applications include fans, pumps, grinders, buffers, centrifuges, and saws.
