The S10 product line was designed to supply the Micro AC drive market from 1/8 to 3 HP 115V, 230V, and 460V single or three phase input with a low-cost highly reliable product for applications such as fans, blowers, and conveyors. The drive is designed using field proven PWM technology, and a powerful software platform allowing for flexibility while maintaining user-friendly programming. The S10 standard features include a full set of motor and drive diagnostics, programmable I/O, momentary power ride through, DC injection braking, 3 event fault log, and 6 selectable V/Hz curves.
The S10 has two types of enclosures, IP20 (protected chassis) and IP65 (NEMA4X) with and without operators to match any of your application environmental needs. An optional DIN rail mounting kit is also available. The S10 was designed to meet world class standards for CE, cUL, and UL, incorporating the ability to add a built-in EMI filter for industrial CE applications.

The GP10 is Saftronics's latest generation of Flux Vector AC Drives. The GP10's proven power section has been improved by incorporating the latest IGBT technology. This new technology allows for a unique "Soft-Switching" output. The benefits of this breakthrough offer reduced RFI/EMI and a 50% reduction is dv/dt voltage spikes. The GP10 is available in both 230 VAC (1/4-150 HP) and 460 VAC (1/2-800HP) for even greater flexibility.

This has allowed for the capability of performing “Auto-Tuning” without spinning the motor where situations do not allow for uncoupling the load.
The “Dynamic Auto-Tuning” has been improved to continuously monitor the motors characteristics during running and adjust the internal motor parameters for the most precise speed and torque control. The VG10 has an improved digital keypad to include a LCD/LED graphical back-lit display for ease of set-up and troubleshooting. The VG10, 30 HP and below has been designed to allow side by side mounting to maximize panel space use. Like all Saftronics products, the VG10 is backed by world class, 24/7 support and supported by Saflink programming software, and a 24/7 technical support group.
